How it works
The Paperhater printer interceptor sits between your POS system and the receipt printer. We intercept the receipt going to the receipt printer and generate a PDF and send it to your customer. We also extract the information from the receipt and present it to you through our online app.
Email addresses can be captured on 4 ways

Email field in your POS.
If your POS system has additional fields for entering in other information, we can extract the email address automatically. -
Smartphone app.
Use our smartphone app to enter the customer's email address. This is the usual workflow for restaurants -

Customers can Bu.mp the Smartphone attached to the POS terminal to give their email address. -
QR Code.
Customers can use the unique QR code on the Smartphone mounted to the POS terminal to get the email address.
